The fight for the Heroic: Glory of the Raider

The core of Eventide has already gotten their hands on the Black Proto-Drake, and to that I say “CONGRATS DUDES!”

As for the achievement for myself, this fight is going to a hard and fast one. There is so much I have missed out because of my inability to raid on a full-time basis. Luckily for me, I’ve received most of my best-in-slot items by sheer luck of the draw, so I’m not far behind on what I need. A few re-gems here, an enchant there and I can reach my potential DPS no problem. The problem I face is actually getting the raid time to get these achievements done. Unfortunately, it seems my time is running short with the release of Ulduar on the PTR soon.

And so I am resorting to something I thought I wouldn’t have to ask ever: My husband has to be my sit-in for many raids else I never get these done. Luckily he’s a pretty quick learner, but what’s going to suck is that it’s not going to be me behind the keys earning these achievements. But, I guess getting them done is better than not at all, right? We’ll see over the course of the next couple of weeks if this plan will work out for me. He does still have his guild raids to run on Eredar after all.

Here’s to hoping I can get these done!
